Connecting with SaaS Executives to Enhance Product Team Success

Hi everyone, I work in UX design and product for over 10 years, my background started and specializes in UX design, but I've worked cross-functionally across product, including strategy and marketing to front-end dev. Lately, I’ve been stepping into product leadership. Right now, I’m exploring a service model that helps SaaS product teams work more effectively across design, dev, and business strategy; not just tools and process, but systemic fixes along with tooling, as needed. The idea is to boost productivity on product teams by addressing the product team as a whole - for faster, higher quality output. I'm currently in the process of researching this concept. And as part of that, I'm looking to connect with SaaS company executives in the U.S. (CEOs, CTOs, Founders - the closest executive to the product team at a SaaS company). I'm not looking to pitch at all, really just looking to connect and learn, so I can better understand the problem space, the pain points and, in turn, structure a better solution. Thank you for your response! I'm really sorry, I didn't realize that this was not allowed in this channel; I tried finding the channel rules to make sure that this would be appropriate for the channel before I posted, and it seemed like it fit, but I guess I was wrong - I'm really happy you're telling me! For the future - where would a post like this go? As far as removing the DM, sure! I just changed the message, and I'm more than happy to have the discussion in the thread. That said - I definitely don't want to break any rules on the channel, so if you prefer I delete the message, please let me know. Thank you for this message and this amazing group!

Oh my gosh, seriously it's no problem at all :) I wanna start trying something a little bit different and allow some infrequent feedback posts in this channel because it does sparks some good conversations .... but it is of no value to the community if these conversations are happening in the DM's 🤣 I'll start figuring out a way to templatize these. Really appreciate your super kind response. Thanks for being such a valuable part of the community!
