Seeking AI Tool for Personalized Follow-Up Emails to Warm Leads

Hey RevGenius fam! 👋 Quick question for the group – does anyone know of a tool that helps with AI-powered follow-up emails for warm leads I need to nurture? Here's my specific use case:

I'm an M&A advisor juggling 20-30 warm buyers/sellers at different stages 🤹
Long sales cycles (6-18 months) so leads go cold if I don't follow up consistently
I use HubSpot and have tons of context (past emails, meeting notes, deal updates)
NOT looking for cold outreach tools – I already have relationships, just need help nurturing them

What I'm hoping exists: ✅ Pulls context from HubSpot (emails, notes, activities) and drafts personalized follow-ups ✅ Learns my writing style over time ✅ Helps me stay top-of-mind without being spammy ✅ Built for relationship nurturing, not mass cold email blasts I've tried Jeeva, Lavender, and Outreach – but they're all focused on outbound/cold prospecting, not warm lead nurture with deep CRM context 🤔 Am I missing something obvious? Or does this tool just not exist yet? Would love any recs! 🙏

Have you looked at the HubSpot Prospecting Agent? I think this could be configured to do what you are trying to do.

Hey Khaled - i think most tools will have some element of true outbound but i would take a look at regie.ai andcould look into general purpose tools like lindy specific for your needs

Michael K. thanks, I will check it out, Axel B. I love clay but havent tried it for custom context aware emails. I will see if I can set that up, right now I am using a Make.com flow for it.

You’re right, most tools still focus on outbound, not warm lead nurture. Closest ones I’ve seen are Smartlead.ai, SalesCloser AI, and Reply.io, they can pull CRM context and automate personalized follow-ups to some extent. Still not perfect at relationship-based nurturing, but getting close.

Khaled A. I saw you mentioned lindy. Definitely try that, it will solve your issue for sure. One suggestion I would use OpenAI to figure out your propts first. So give it the basic I idea of what you want Lindy to do, tell it you are building on Lindy, and give you a prompt that is best for another AI to understand. I just finished a similar project, happy to hop on a Zoom to give you a hand. No sales pitch, just help. Cheers~
