When more than one person answers, the dialer software will first check if anyone on your team is available and route the call to them. If not, then it’ll play music or custom tone or just disconnect the call(based on your settings)

No not dialed already, we do not have our data base like apollo does (which got them banned from LinkedIn) we just scrape your Linkedin page and have multiple backend vendors providing us data - if the numbers are not accurate we give you enrichments and refund your money or credits ( which ever is spent)
