Best Email Activity Capture Systems for Salesforce and Gmail

Hi everyone, I'm seeking some advice. We currently use Gmail and Salesforce, capturing email activities via Einstein Activity Capture. However, we've encountered increasing limitations and some troublesome behaviour. Could you share what email activity capture systems you're currently using for Salesforce and Gmail, and any recommendations you might have?
