Hey Sales people, I have a budget of $1000 a month for sales and I don't want to try all the tools to see which ones work best for prospecting and booking meetings. There are people running on Zoominfo, Apollo, or 6sense. Which one works best for you and your market? No fluff just keep it real...
Hi Sahil, broad question. Probably needs clarification about your market to say what would work best but heres my 2 cents. When I was targeting larger enterprise customers in EMEA I used Cognism ( at the time that was €12k so would consume your 1k a month budget). Probably the same use case as Zoominfo but Cognism had better EMEA data. Now I target SMB customers and don't have budget for those tools so I have an apollo subscription (just $99 a month). I use Verifalia to verify the email addresses I pull (absolute must do step to protect domains) and I use Instantly for volume outreach (I have custom domains and it has better inbox placement than Apollo). Instantly domain and app costs approx $200 per month. If you want to cold email and cold call to book meetings then you absolutely need a data source, warmed up domains, verified email addresses and good numbers... But most importantly is the messaging your using.... BTW, we use our Gemini pro and ChatGPT pro subscriptions to run tests on messaging all the time so factor those into your costs too. Hope this helps!

Do you already have HubSpot?
just starting out from scratch earlier it was events & referrals only
Got it--do you have HubSpot Starter?
or even Free
yes, i've used HubSpot free version earlier
Ok, but do you have it now? You need a CRM to get all of this data into.
My stack would be HubSpot & Apollo
i still have a free account
I prefer Clay over Apollo, and HubSpot free would work
Clay for enriching or finding contacts?
If you don't have experience and/or time to figure it out
