Hi folks, Anyone here using any buying intent data tool that you would recommend? Like actual buying intent like exploring and looking to buy software to solve for problem X rather than high growth, funding announced and things like that. Essentially looking for an alternative to G2. Any recommendations would be very helpful
Have you looked into Unify GTM?
I just did. Base plan itself is super expensive. We are a super early stage startup. But if you have used can you confirm how good is there intent data quality?
Buying intent is a very broad term. The most wanted is people that search for a specific issue or a solution which many expensive intent data platform claim to provide. but the in reality only some large publisher can claim it and only because they have the data of people that signed up to their platform but this is less relevant with AI. Instead of "intent data" I look for ways to find in market buyers in ways I know to trace back to:
Competitors' customers- few ways to do that - one is Google ads bidding on the competitor. the other way to to find public sources with the list of customers- I use 7 signal groups is a tool I built called- COMPETITORCUSTOMER.COM
ICP leads that engaged with thought leadership post from the founder- scrapping, filtering and reaching out
Hiring/funding/M&A- changes relevant to my solution that is specific enough to reach out with context to rise above he noise.
Event data- I use linkedin to scrap people that go to big events and reach out to book meetings
