Has anyone used any sales capability sssessment software?
I haven’t used assessment software directly, but I do run AI assisted sales diagnostics with clients. One gap I often see with software only tools is that they miss human judgement, context, and how sales teams actually operate day to day. Sales is still very human led. Curious which areas you’re looking to assess, and happy to chat if there’s mutual interest.
I highly recommend Jessie! A lot of the softwares as Jessie said have gaps and don't really assess the human piece. Sales is very human led we are very far away from an agent to agent in sales.
What would you be using it for? I work at Trellus and use the software we have, essentially it uses a rubric to score a call. Agree with the others above, doesn't always hit spot on, BUT it's good for thinking outside of the box and not being bias like a human would
Kaji H. try this free assessment and let me know your feedback https://www.talsmart.com/free-assessment/ Being in executive search for tech sales roles, we tried all the assessments on planet earth and found that all of the sales capability assessments were evaluating sales personality and not skills. I was looking at an assessment which can evaluate the sales capability of a rep in all the 5 sales stages from prospecting to closing but in vain. At the end I collected sales trainers from Google, IBM, Oracle and neuroscientists, contacted Dallas institute of brain and created these stage-mapped assessments. We helped companies like Goldman Sachs, Vertex, Centific, GlueUp and many more to avoid bad hires and more than 7K candidates evaluated from XDRs to CEOs.
