Evaluating Diallers and Sequencers for HubSpot Integration

Hey Folks, We're currently evaluating some parallel diallers and sequencers that integrate well with HubSpot. I had a couple of questions: 1. We had evaluated Apollo's sequencing tool a year ago, but had issues with their email delivery, with many emails landing in spam. Does this issue still exist for you guys if you're using their sequencer? 2. Is anybody using Lemlist and a parallel dialer, and if so, which parallel dialer is working well. Do you mind sharing which tool and your experience? Could you guys pls help me here? I'd appreciate honest reviews 🙂

smitha k. I'm sorted with email verification and my domain health, concerned if Apollo will still deliver emails to the inbox or not

Noor M. I ran into the same issue. Apollo’s and many other leading enrichment platform's verified emails were still bouncing. Setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC fixed it for me. Have you tested any other services? Happy to connect and help

Hi Shristi B., email verification and deliverability are two different things. To improve deliverability, you need to safeguard your domain by setting up proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We figured this out ourselves after a lot of trial and error. I can DM you more details if you’d like.

Tools like Zerobounce really help verify the emails we get from Apollo/ other platforms

Even the verified emails on apollo are bouncing a lot. That is where i got stuck before i used my above solution. That was the issue for me. Have you tried any other service?

Thanks Noor M. - we only email if we have verified emails so that isn't a problem, it was only a deliverability issue related to the IP Apollo assigns us to send emails

Hi Shristi B.. I totally understand the issue you are facing with Apollo sequencing. I suffer from it myself. The workaround that I have found for this is to use a service called Bouncify to verify the leads before sending the emails. Here is a quick description of what I do:
1.
Get apollo leads using an automation tool like N8N/Make.
2.
Pass the email of each to the bouncify api.
3.
If they pass then I pass them forward to the personalization phase before I move to sequencing.
4.
If they don't I try to enrich them using other platforms like AnyMailFinder etc. before the personalization and sequencing steps.
Personally, these steps have worked for me. Hope you find some value in this. Would love to hear your thoughts on this as well.
