We have subscribed to it as part of a package as it was essentially cheaper to go for the suite, but the majority of our CS team work in Intercom and looking to implement Velaris for the rest
I have built cs function without it. You only need pro or enterprise subscription with marketing hub or sales hub. Only thing thats different is you dont have the workspace but you can do custom views on your company object
