Hey y’all! We’re in the process of migrating to Outreach, and was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks to make implementation smooth and ensure we’re getting the most of the tooling.

We were using Gong, and our CRM is Hubspot

Still unclear. Are you adding in Outreach to the stack or migrating all of that to Outreach?

Sorry, we’re replacing gong, and adding to the stack with HS. The other tool we use is Apollo for prospecting

Kurk A. curious what you're using in place of Gong via Hubspot. Did they release a conversation intelligence tool?

We’re migrating Kaia from Outreach for the conversation intelligence piece

Still going through implementation, but comparable at least and was a decent amount cheaper than Gong Engage

Do not allow records creation from Outreach. HubSpot should be the one and only source
