What’s your fav tool stack for webinar signups using HubSpot and Zoom? I am seeing 3+ ways to do this. Creating a HubSpot form with contact properties associated to the date they register for is not a good option IMO
What do you see as the three ways?
Create a HubSpot form that captures the date(s) that the user wants to sign up for. Then based on the date selected, run a workflow that adds the specific meeting link into a custom Contact property. Then send an email confirmation with a personalized token included the meeting link.
Don’t like- Too customized and not scalable. No registration or attendance data in HubSpot. Doesn’t add the contact to an event but requires them to reference an email confirmation instead. 2. Use a third party like Eventbrite or Luma to capture event registrations and send calendar invitations automatically. Don’t like- No registration or attendance data in HubSpot. 3. Use Zoom Webinars to create dates and send signup offer via email and/or on a landing page. Get registration and attendance info in HubSpot via Zoom integration #3 makes the most sense to me but I haven’t used Zoom webinars and not sure what blind spots I may have
Great article here on the integration between Zoom Webinar and HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/use-hubspot-and-zoom-webinars
Yes I saw that too, thanks! Was hoping someone with experience setting this up might chime in about the process
I would suggest use Luma and then push all data into Hubspot with Zapier
That’s exactly how I have it set up for two clients 😎 — the native solution works just fine when used with Marketing Events and Campaigns.
Why not just set up a zapier integration between lu.ma and hubspot ? Not ideal but luma is so amazing... Id also recommend commenting on this in the hubspot product feedback community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Integrate-with-Luma/idi-p/568991#feedback-success
