Hey everyone, I'm currently looking at starting a partner program at our company. Part of that effort is setting up a partner portal, but there are a lot of options out there and none of them seem to stand out. Anyone worked with any partner portals before that they had a good experience with?
Hey Dan V., sounds like you’re looking for something that’s easy to launch, integrates with Salesforce, and can handle deal registration plus commission tracking for partners. We help companies in situations just like yours set up referral and partner programs without the heavy cost or complexity of some PRM tools. With Genius Referrals, you can:
Let partners register deals via a branded portal
Automatically push those leads into Salesforce
Track payouts and commissions in real time
Start small (e.g., 100 partners) and scale as you grow
Happy to share a quick demo so you can see how it works in practice and how it compares cost-wise to Experience Cloud or other PRMs.
If you want a super expensive option but the partner's favorite option (we just get one payout a month and can see tracking of everything which is amazing), it's Partnerstack
SoundGTM is great for managing referrals and reseller partners, and pricing starts at $1,500 per year. It’s simple and does the job well if you’re getting a program off the ground. Kiflo is another solid option, starting at $360 per month. It’s good for small to mid-sized businesses and covers different partner types like referrals and resellers. PartnerStack is very good too, though it’s on the pricier side. It’s ideal once your partner program is up and running and you’re ready to scale. All of the above have native integrations with most CRMs so will be able to help with the lead creation and attribution Other tools worth checking out are Pandium, PartnerPortal.io, Allbound, Channeltivity, and Impact.com. Each has its strengths depending on what kind of partnerships you’re managing.
I see, I don't have much hands on time with experience cloud, so I didn't realize that. Guess we'll see what the pitch is tomorrow. The goal is to have around 100 partners on it to start. Although ofc there are hopes to scale beyond that
How many partners are you managing?
It’s possible they’re saying they could give you a discount, but they could also give you a discount on experience cloud
Not sure how it could be cheaper as it’s literally experience cloud with additional functionality
Interesting that the PRM would be more expensive, it was pitched as cheaper haha
Pretty important from what I'm gathering from management. They want to be able to report on it in there and have the deal get created and assigned to a rep in our CRM
