Hey all, I'm currently exploring tools to bridge HubSpot and Xero for billing, and ideally looking for something that also has CPQ capabilities. We're currently running into challenges with mid-term subscription changes, and it's getting pretty messy in our current setup. The dream solution would: Handle quote-to-cash cleanly, especially when subscriptions change mid-term, and make it easier for sales guys to configure and quote. Support contract management directly in-platform (not sure if possible) Offer a future-proof path to self-serve — e.g., something we can eventually link to our website for customer-driven changes or renewals I've already had a demo with DealHub, and have demos with SequenceHQ and MonetizeNow lined up this week. If anyone has experience with those or can recommend other tools that might fit the bill, I'd really appreciate the input. Thanks
Lawrence C. Hey Lawrence, I have and it is so almost there but not quite. On point two where it said to try DealHub, that is one that I've looked into, conscious it may be a white whale.
Check out Hapily. I demoed several CPQ solutions and that one was by far the most robust, built in HubSpot solution.
DealHub's contract lifecycle management (CLM) feature definitely would work. Overall, DealHub also syncs perfectly to HubSpot's line item details... to push in term length, billing period/frequency and then allows you to use HubSpot's native revenue-related reporting to see what was won, added, lost or up for renewal. hey Ross D. have you heard of Tabs? (https://tabs.inc/blog/usage-based-billing). It is a great automation and AI-driven tool for finance AND rev ops alike. They also handle mid-term subscription changes. good option for midmarket companies.
I would suggest https://getsimplify.ai/. They can do the quote to cash cleanly.
