Hey everyone, I’d love your thoughts on battle cards! Are they actually useful in your sales process? Do you rely on them, or do they often feel outdated by the time you need them? We’re debating internally whether to invest more in creating, updating, or automating battle cards and would love to hear some outside input.

Yes they are useful - but I think the value of competitive intelligence can be bigger than just using them in a reactive situation - if you fill them in and stick them in an internal drive, they possibly won't get used that much. If you see them as a tool that can educate your GTM teams to have a deeper understanding of the market, which then informs how they speak to customers and prospects, they can be very powerful.
