👋 Hi everyone! I’m Maxi, CEO of a B2B SaaS company focused on field operations. We sell through a consultative, mid-touch GTM model. We’re currently evaluating CRMs and I’d love to hear your recommendations. Ideally looking for something flexible, scalable, and friendly for both sales and CS teams. What’s working well for you? Thanks in advance! 🙏
I’ve used pretty much all popular CRMs out there and ended up sticking to HubSpot. That being said, Monday.com was the one that surprised me the most with its capabilities. It’s very easy to use and scale if you don’t need overly complex automations.
Thanks Andrea! Didn’t have Monday.com on my radar as a CRM — great tip.
Close.io, it's pretty flexible and good for small or mid-sized teams, made by sales for sales. Has dialer, email, AI, many integrations, auto flows and many more.
Thanks Victoria 👍
Hi Maximiliano G. We don't cater to both sales and service teams, but we have run with a few clients in beta and have seen encouraging results in sales productivity improvements. I am from toflow.ai. We are building an AI native agentic CRM. Think,
Eliminating manual updates in the CRM and 100% coverage on activities done by sales reps
Auto personalization of follow up emails on actual objections by clients. Plugging gaps in follow up funnels.
Demo preparation notes & much more is automatically taken care of, by the AI in your CRM
Happy to connect and show you a quick preview of what we've built.
Hi Maximiliano G. , Jon F. is building SalesDesk a consultative CRM platform that sounds like it can align with your consultative GTM motion.
I would say Vtiger or Zoho if cost is a major factor. Otherwise, Hubspot (+1)
If you are also thinking about the CS process, HubSpot will be a better option than Close for managing potential and current clients. Monday.com is not great for an outbound sales motion. It is a better way to track customer issues, renewals, parent companies, etc. I am a partner for all three so if you need discounts DM me, happy to help!
