Hey Everyone, Iβm looking to benchmark sales cycles for Voice AI products in the current market. From your experience, whatβs a realistic end-to-end sales cycle (from identifying the right ICPs and starting outbound, all the way to the first signed contract) for a solution like this? Would love to hear how long it typically takes across stages β prospecting to discovery to demo to PoC to closure, and what youβve seen as a thumb rule to plan GTM and pipeline velocity accordingly.
This greatly depends on account value, price, industry.. for enterprise saas, I've seen average sales cycles last from 1 month to up to 6-7 months
Ok, What is your view on the following?

Industry ranges from Banking, Financial services to D2C and healthcare at times as well.
Hi Jitesh S., Based on my experience, the sales cycle generally ranges from 3 to 8 months, though it can vary quite a bit depending on the type of company and the stakeholders involved. For startups, the cycle can be as short as a month or so, since decision-making is usually faster, from demo to contract can move quickly. However, for large enterprises (10,000+ employees or more), the cycle can stretch up to a year or more. This often depends on who your main point of contact is, if youβre engaging directly with C-suite executives, decisions tend to move faster. But if your conversations start with managers or senior managers, it can take longer to navigate to the final decision-maker.
Just to throw it to you guys again, any GTM tailored for this Voice AI space or AI space, have you guys tried it or followed?
voice AI is super popular and heavily being adopted in BSFI sector. I've seen sales close in as early as 45 days. completely depends on offering and volume. it's extremely crowded right now though.
