tough to answer in a single response. It's tough, it requires trust and established relationships. These guys have been hearing promises from vendors for years, and in RCM specifically, there are hundreds of competitors. So it's almost impossible to stand out from the noise, especially if you're new to the field. They don't take anything you say at face value. Sales cycles are long too, 12+ months is the norm.

Chaitanya M. They do really amazing work. She's really busy and doesn't do brain-picking sessions, but the sample reports give a lot of great info.
