Hey everyone, At my org we’ve had some success with working with business consultants in our space introducing us to people that can yield us some pretty big deals. That got us thinking that we should be trying to find more of these consultants to see what are actual greenfield is. Problem is that the ones that we’ve worked with have come directly from our network. So that got me wondering if anyone here has done something similar in the past and wanted to pick your brains if so.
More info 😎
We work in the tax space, but partner across fintech, accounting, legal services, hris systems, and wealth management. In the past we’ve used our network to connect with consultants that work with these types of companies to help introduce us and have landed some significant deals this way. We’re looking to see if anyone else has used a strategy like this, doesn’t have to be the same field, to learn what it’s like to work with these types of consultants (where to look for them, what to look for, what a typical agreement looks like with them, etc.) to see if worth our time to incorporate into our strategy.
Happy to answer any other questions or clarify anything else
Smart motion Kurk A. - I actually help teams build and scale these kinds of partner networks using LinkedIn. not just from one profile, but through a coordinated group of profiles on our side that reach the exact types of consultants and advisors who can open doors for you. We’ve set this up for firms in tax, accounting, legal, and HR... all relationship-driven spaces where the right introductions lead to big deals. Happy to walk you through how it works and see if it could plug into what you’re building. If this is it all interesting, feel free to DM 😎
