Anyone who uses RB2B or similar to identify website traffic? Curious: What’s the playbook/protocol is for approaching or contacting any visitors it identifies? Do you reach out directly? Feed them into some kind of more-subtle awareness campaign?
Tyler H. I wrote about how to message your anonymous website visitors here, including examples. Feel free to check it out. Bottom line is that you should assume that these leads already saw your “book a demo” CTA but didn’t click, so something is missing for them to convert. The goal of your outreach is to surface that - be concise, don’t pitch, ask a yes/no question about a potential challenge they might be experiencing. Shameless plug - at getswan.com we built an ai agent that enables you to build end to end agentic motions for your visitors to identify, qualify, personalize, and send DMs on LI. Our ai agent uses Vector.co amongst other providers (we cover both US and EU), so shoutout to Nick M. and team for building an awesome tool (that’s better than rb2b). Jared R. thnx for the mention
We tried a few providers: rb2b, maximise… but we couldn’t really get to the reach out/playbook phase because the visitor alerts were like… inaccurate. Do you actually getting relevant visitor alerts that can be considered for reach out?
😛
now we're activating you
You could use it to build a list of website visitors and show them your ads, reach out to them after they perform a specific behavoir on the website. For example, if someone visits your pricing page 2 times triggers a specific "willing to buy" cadence. Then, ideally you end up building different playbooks and workflows based on the users' behavior. If you use Clay, then you could start using RB2B for free following this tutorial. Hope it helps!
Thanks all for the thoughts! Any examples of good mofu campaigns or plays that have been helpful? 👀 FWIW: I am not a “real” revops/gtm person, so just learning here. And for right now, I only have RB2B and no other signals in the mix.

I'm for the playbook too
Good take Imran, would love to see the playbook 🙂
