Is anyone doing multi-level quote approvals (related to discounting) in HubSpot without using a third party app?

I am more partial to Salesforce CPQ which allows for creating more layered approvals and thresholds of when approval is required. I know Salesforce is the one tool we love to hate, but it does CPQ decently well natively.

A deal over a 20% discount needs to get approved by vp, over 30% vp + finance.. etc
