Hey Jean T., we use Fathom — the free version’s actually pretty solid. It records both video and audio, and I’ve tested Fireflies, TLDV, and Sybill, but Fathom felt the most user-friendly and gives a great summary. Once we have the transcript from the first call, we create a deal on midfunnel.com and use AI to move it forward from there. It’s kind of like ChatGPT for the deal. Since it has context like transcripts, email threads, and notes all in one place, the AI helps us figure out the next steps.

I can recommend Tactiq! But, other than a transcript, is having a real-time call copilot something that could be interesting for you too?

I also use otter.ai. $30/month on monthly plan. It does not include full video like Gong, but is adequate for summary and transcripts.

What do you do with the meeting notes after they are generated ?
