Built a lightweight Apollo → Outreach system that saves hours of manual prospecting and keeps lead quality high. User just drops an Apollo search URL into a Sheet. ✔️ Scrapes and filters verified leads ✔️ Double-checks emails ✔️ Avoids duplicates ✔️ Auto-uploads only the cleanest data From there, it’s plug-and-play into cold email, LinkedIn, or even auto-personalized messaging. This has become the starting point for a few client systems now—super adaptable if you’re doing any kind of outbound. Sharing in case it helps anyone else cut out the grind.

I’ll admit I havent messed with their AI agent feature. But I know with the Make setup, I can customize my icebreakers if I want to target a certain painpoint, or I can decide to scrape a list from apollo but only contact prospects that have case studies on their website etc.

it now has AI agent built into the prospecting tool to create lists AND perform bulk research. I can check for qualification, and write icebreakers that send right out of APollo

Apollo’s icebreakers are limited. Also you can only integrate with certain CRMs. I’m able to customize a bit more this way

Hey Brett Hovanec…Yes you can filter in Apollo and push to your CRM but this setup isn’t just about the lead gen. Its about doing everything else that usually takes hours. Apollo charges I think $59 for 5,000 leads on the basic plan. With this its literally 10x cheaper. Also, the real value is in the automation because the system runs AI powered research to write custom icebreakers and then pushes the whole thing into an outreach campaign. So instead of spending time filtering, researching and writing, I get campaign-ready leads with context at scale.

Neil W. can’t you filter all of this out in the Apollo people search and only push new contacts to your CRM? I m confused of how this helps?
