Does anyone have experience playing around with or actually implementing Digital SDRs in a Complex Enterprise SaaS Sales Environment? Any ideas on the requirements of training digital SDRs? I am trying to answer the question of how do I see myself being able to train them? And Do we need technical help? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Same, unfortunately. I’m sure the good use cases exist (they must, right?) but i have yet to hear of AI SDRs being successfully used to book meetings.
Thanks for your replies. Supposedly this is what we 'NEED" to be doing moving forward, according to Gartner and many other "experts". I'd sure love a few examples of success.
I haven’t seen successful examples of AI conversation for anything involving a decision process, i.e. buyer cycle
They are definitely wanting to see if that will work for us, but I have not been mandated as of yet. Just asked to research.
