Hi – I'm Robert Gilbreath, former CMO (and later GM) at ShipStation, now working as a fractional executive with several SaaS and ecommerce teams. I wanted to quickly share two tools I’ve been using with online retailers to help drive growth/profits:
Answerbase adds AI-enhanced Q&A directly on product pages, boosting SEO, reducing support tickets, and increasing conversions. Some clients have seen up to 441% higher conversion rates and 121% better click-throughs.
RB2B identifies who’s browsing your site and turns anonymous visitors into actionable, qualified leads. It’s quick to set up, and there’s even a free version available.
Happy to make introductions to any of these or set up a quick chat to share more. Oh, and for that possible tip: If you're selling on or helping folks who use Shopify, just DM me. I’ll take a quick look at your site and check for a common issue that could be holding back your SEO performance. - Robert
Love this Robert! RB2B seems to be picking up some marketshare. I keep hearing about it
hey Robert G. how have you found actually using rb2b? saw some posts from adam (ceo of rb2b) even admitting the product isnt where he wants it to be: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7354228611756810240/
I have found it useful with various degrees of "success" > the spamming of visitors is not something I've implemented (but maybe a different discussion re: retargeting visitors is to be had). For the most part, i'm using it in situations where the folks watching the Slack channel, for example, are using it as another signal and then taking specific action based on the visitor. Adam, via other posts, has shared that it needs more integrations. Might be able to further automate some of the ways I've been using it with a handful of other integrations. As a user and implementor for what seems like forever, I've send the the quality improve = higher % of site visitors being matched and higher % of those matches being the actual visitor = in the the early days, if I hit a site, my wfie's profile might be the one matched.
Robert G. Theresa P. we do a lot of benchmarking of website intent and ColdIQ released this bechmarketing report on all the intent (before CommonRoom made them take it down lol)
