To send B2B cold emails you need to use a process called Domain Rotation. 1 Domain = 75 Emails/Day 1 Domain with 3 Email Accounts at 25 Emails/Account (In most cases) Softwares like Instantly allow you to do that easily. Otherwise you would be manging 100s of individual domains and mailboxes
