I’m curious about how GTM specialists track buying signals and CI. How do you know when a custom is sending hints about buying your software or something similar? What metrics do you use? And when do you know the correct time of approach and whom to approach? Also what channels platforms do you use?
How do you know when a customer is sending hints about buying your software or something similar? R: Visiting your website, checking the pricing page, if they have already had a meeting with you and are checking your prosposal form time to time, or are asking stuff on reddit, X, Linkedin. Obviously, you need tools to track this. When do you know the correct time of approach and whom to approach? R: If they are raising their hands, approach them asap Also what channels platforms do you use? R: I have a list of the best tools nowadays, I can share it.. your stack should always get better, not bigger though
Thanks Leandro - yes, that sounds awesome 🙂 Are you also doing signal stacking?

Satchit S. You should also look beyond traditional intent signals and track review platforms like G2. Using Slack connectors or automation, sales teams can be notified when a prospect visits, reviews, likes, or compares your product against a competitor. These are strong high-intent signals because the buyer is already evaluating options actively. I’ve seen this work well in practice.
