Hey Erika! Welcome to RevGenius! Are you seeing Via AI used mostly by sales teams, or Marketing teams using it too? I'm working on a SOC 2 platform for small startups. One thing I've noticed is security/compliance deals involve multiple stakeholders across different teams. Mapping those relationships and who knows who would be really valuable for that. How does Via AI surfaces those insights, is it pulling from CRM, email, or something else?
Thanks David! Our initial customer base are sales people but the core use case is mapping out how to get in touch with any persona at any company. Multithreading across multiple domains at a company is definitely something we’re looking to solve. Our graph pulls paths from our database of relationships along with whatever data source you choose to provide (eg. CRM, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
