Judy O. For me, getting clients from network has worked the best, as well as the cold outreach.
They say "If someone puts you in a place where you don't know anyone and you can't sell your product/service to strangers, you are not for business".
Honestly, I agree with this but to a certain level. From my experience, the clients that come from network are the easiest to close because they are not fully cold. But, you need to build some kind of authority first, because the person that refers you has a reputation to the potential client. On the other side, the cold outreach has also worked well but, you need to over personalize the messages/emails. You need to sound like you already know them and follow them on the Internet.
Boiled down: Networking (if you have authority, you can build it by creating some kind of content positioning as an expert), cold outreach (PERSONALIZED) are the best possible ways to get new clients.
