Yes there will be some SMBs that look at New options. What you're also not taking into consideration is buyer trust. SF, HS, Pipedrive, Monday, etc... are all trusted names.
Joe schmo's home made AI will need to build trust against those. Is it worth the risk to the buyers.
Second, we're all seeing the investor slow down. Investors are much slower to invest vs 5 years ago.
Using AI to build a CRM is the beginning of the opportunity.
