I’ve been digging into ICPs for appointment-setting businesses. I scraped case studies from Belkins (market leader) + Cleverly (email/LinkedIn focused) and enriched the data.
Pattern I saw:
<5 years old
7–30 employees
No BDR / sales team
Often VC-backed startup or agency
What surprised me: most didn’t have any sales team at all.

Hi Samuel O., Seems as you created cold emailing monstrum 😄 I have 2 questions. 1. Instantly recommend to match gmail to gmail outlook to outlook and so on to increase deliverability and also it provide a profile picture that definitively in my non statistically supported opinion is important for creating trust. How do you handle this? 2. second is how this MXRoute.com and spark post is perceived by other email providers from deliverability perspective?
Hi, I would add that all LLM have some indexing structure for data they scrape. And G2 will propably rank high. So if you have good G2 reviews you really increasing chance that you will be recommended by LLM.
