Hey everyone! Would love to get your thoughts, what do you think are the best certificates for an MM/enterprise SDR to have?

Quota attainment. That's it, and it doesn't require a test or cost money.

I would have them spend some time on selling methodologies like BANT for example for SMB or MEDDIC for ENT as opposed to certifications. Quota attainment is important but if they’re not selling with proper techniques they probably won’t close anything. Top sellers should share what’s working for them on a regular basis with new or poorly performing sellers, that’s the best way to learn IMO.
