🚨 Long sales cycle pain point - need advice Here's my current nightmare: 1. Have great convo with prospect 2. They say "talk to me in 6 months" 3. Set task in HubSpot 4. 6 months later, task pops up 5. Spend 45 min trying to remember everything + create something valuable to send them 6. Repeat for 50+ contacts The context-gathering + asset-creation is killing me. By the time I actually send the follow-up, I've burned an hour. For those crushing long nurture cycles: - What's your workflow? - How do you keep context? - Do you create custom assets or send generic stuff? - Tools you swear by? I’d set up news alerts (comet browser does a good job ) for all clients that say follow up in 6 months to have more reasons to keep in touch.

Khaled A. also, adding to your info layer, ask them what might be changing over the next six months. Gather that info in Hubspot along with the task to check back in. Add your notes from the call into Hubspot with it, too! Call recorders like Fathom, Granola, Fireflies, and Otter will give you notes to pull from.
Ben, honestly the more I think about it, the more I think traditional newsletters (how we passively nurture and keep in touch with audiences) seems so outdated, especially for sales.
Yeah I could 100% see that, especially if they aren't opened by said prospects. Or they aren't hyper-targeted for them.

I mean from emails and CRM data why not create a personalized email that has content that matters to them
E.g. I know you want to sell your company in two years, monthly or quarterly I can be sending you specific content around how to increase the value of your company, and even collect data on their current state of when you can add value with your service. E.g. You said you were hiring a VP of sales, did you complete that? Give the option to click Yes or No or reply to the email with an update and it will modify the content based on that
Add Hubspot records to SyncGTM table
Setup actions to collect data in 6 months i.e. enrich leads, get latest updates, etc based on ICP. Get AI agent to summarize all outputs
Either update your Hubspot fields and send automated email. Or sequence to your email sequencer.
