Hey everyone! Is Apollo.io still the recommended solution to keep a large Salesforce CRM updated and enrich inbound leads automatically? Main use cases for me:
Enrich inbound leads (mostly emails) with basic profile and contact data
Keep CRM generally up-to-date (i.e. for example specifically interested if former customers/contacts move on working on other companies)
I think Clay isn't suitable to enrich/update large amounts of data as its capped by 50k rows. What can you guys recommend?
I think it would be the most affordable. The alternatives would be like ZoomInfo which is super expensive.
We can do this using real-time LinkedIn data directly: theboomerang.co, ping on webchat
Hi, we worked on a new job tracking tool since we found those on the market are too expansive. Ping me if it's of any interest for you.
Hi Flo. Totally hear you on this. Apollo works, but gets tricky at scale. And yep, Clay’s 50K cap is a real limiter for large CRM updates. At DataviCloud, we focus on high-volume enrichment and lead movement intelligence tracking when former contacts resurface at new companies and enriching inbound leads that match your ICP, all without hitting row limits. It’s built for teams that need clean, context-rich data at scale not just surface-level enrichment. Happy to share how we are running this if it’s useful. Always up for a quick chat on ops tooling!
Hey Flo T. - just picking up this thread as I've only joined the community recentely. Just FYI in case this is still relevant, I introduced Clay to an enterprise Client earlier this year as they were looking to update 2.5M records (their entire crm) and were comparing Clay with Zoominfo, DemandBase and others. Clay's enterprise package can go fairly large, it just has to be done across tables.
