On a related note, one of my network contacts has founded https://usepropane.ai/. I know he did some benchmarking with Clozd and Klue, and it was possible to run around 30-50x amount of Win/Loss interviews for the same cost. They're using the newest AI technology to provide live human-like voice interviews, with a chat UX available as an alternative for interviewees. This can be run at scale and FAST. Basically means that a business can run Win/Loss on a recurring basis, with automated invite flows based on CRM properties/outcomes, instead of as expensive ad-hoc projects.. Perhaps worth it to check out?
Yael M. Well I can't find my deck but I can share a solid resource. Mind you its dated several years but still holds true. I think there are some updated ways to utilize AI and sentiment analysis to optimize this process but it its pretty damn solid.
Pat H. I think that AI has gotten much better at spotting that subjective data - but also there is almost always objective data that is correlated with subjective data. We have workflows that score prospect enthusiasm. Obviously it looks for enthusiastic quotes from transcripts. But it also looks for things like changes to the speed of speech or how promptly the prospect joins calls / responds to emails.
Capture objective data is great, but you also need subjective data to complete the story.
They need to build a stronger motion around data capture before any of the solutions that have been offered above can be implemented.
Workflows only work if you are collecting closed lost categories (drop down) AND closed lost reasons (long-form text...the opposite of a deal won story)
If you're offering it let's put it as a direct link here Brett Hovanec 🙂
Brett Hovanec I am interested in obtaining the win/loss analysis! Is it alright if I DM you as well?
seen a variety of cool things here from basic Closed Lost Reasons with Details and win back campaigns based on those reasons --> To using gong / transcripts to analyze and pull themes and then personalize the win back strategies very deeply.
Tons of thoughts and tons of strategic and tactical approaches to data capture. What is the current process?
