What Are Your BDR Phone Call Connect Rates and Tips for Improving Them?

Hi there, curious of your connect rates % on phone calls from BDRs, having some issues connecting right now. We use hubspot calling, certainly not the best...Also any tips (# of number changes, other tools: nooks etc...). Thanks for your help!
