Has anyone found an AI SDR product they would really recommend? I have always been reluctant - I don’t want to flood the market with poor quality outreach - but we are in the perfect conditions (big TAM, AI tools offering free value) so I’m considering giving it a go.

Tom R. My 0.02c, I think you're on a right track, and AI in outbound is a no-brainer if implemented right. It works amazingly well for things like lead list filtering & segmentation, personalization / relevance research, copywriting & optimization. Everything to speed up SDR workflows and basically, all the stuff that makes it 10x faster and easier to book more meetings. Where AI isn’t there yet (and I’ve tested the best tools): Cold calls, Personalized video outreach and those weird AI voice notes. Those should stay human-led (cold calls + demos especially and also top Tier accounts) That said, AI workflows can save your SDR team a ton of time and $$$, but there’s also lots of trial & error that can burn both if you don’t know what you’re doing. In many cases, makes much more sense to get an agency to set things up for your team. Ping me if you want recs on agencies that implement this, I know most of the players on the market (I'm not a referral partner, nothing in it for me, just know which ones are good and which ones not so much)
Hey Tom R., we're still finding value with human SDRs, but having success running AI automation workflows with Tapistro as a support layer. There are some lightweight options you could use to identify intent signals, enrich and score accounts and contacts, and quickly launch personalized outreach over email and LinkedIn. Good for small teams and scaling to support the size of your TAM. Happy to share more info or outline some specific workflows if interested.
Ohh duh sorry missed that. I took a peek at your case study page. What industries or niches are you finding it's working best for? It feels like this would work pretty well SMB, non-tech... especially inbound...also, obviously B2C (both in and out).

Chandana P. i'm sure there are cases where a preliminary call from a non human works (doctors offices, car dealerships...B2C stuff... we're still a ways off from productive "AI SDRs" in B2B from a calling standpoint. Jaro Z. - Nooks I hear is good. I haven't tried it myself, but a good buddy of mine works there and everyone else is talking about it. This IS a good use of AI. Fully support 😎 I don't play much in this area of ToFu anymore otherwise I would probably be more up-to-date on good coaching tools.
