Hey guys, not sure if there are people with relevant experience, but I have a client acquisition question. My ICP are marketing agencies that want a predictable pipeline, and are currently either relying on referrals or are tired of how inconsistent inbound is. And what I build them is predictable GTM motion, combining existing inbound with scalable outbound. I had great results with a full-funnel performance marketing agency, e-commerce agency, influencer marketing agency -> but finding them is a real pain Would love any advice
The issue usually isn’t finding marketing agencies. It’s that most agencies don’t recognise themselves as buyers yet. The agencies that convert best tend to hit a specific decision moment: • first time hiring sales or BD • crossing a revenue ceiling where referrals stop compounding Until that moment, outbound GTM sounds optional. After it, it sounds necessary. I’d anchor targeting and messaging on those decision signals, not agency type or channel mix.

Mike C. yeah.. it takes forever to build the signals ensure that you can find the signals for each prospect in the list build a qualification layer to make sure every prospect would be a good fit and you have a quality list to begin with then coming up with messaging that leverage is those signals effectively it’s it’s a ton of work and I often find myself going back-and-forth words with it. Do you know of a faster process or approach to all this?
Hi all! While there is no silver bullet, signal and list building can be made much more efficient using tools like OrangeSlice. I wouldn't be building what I'm building for my clients without it.
Can you tell me more about OrangeSlice and how’s different from Clay?
OrangeSlice uses AI agents to go out and build what you need to build. Simply by chatting. There's a lot less thought that needs to go into the different layers and integrations because the tool does all of it for you. You just essentially need to know what you want to build and prompt accordingly. It's a pretty amazing tool! And it's still incredibly early for them. They're not even officially "PR launched" yet.
That’s amazing Mike C. - thank you! Can you confirm if it’s this company? https://www.orangeslice.ai/ for some reason my demo experience is very different from what you described? Just want to double check
