Hi, looking for an orchestration tool to tie together Apollo, Instantly, Botdog (LinkedIn automation) and a few other tools.. any recommendations?

Mickey G. best is to go with Zapier, Make, or N8N (that's my preferred order) and it's always changing - sometimes one moves over the other. This is if you are trying the "best in class" tools. The question boils down to: orchestration for what motion -> Outreach, website, etc. The tools might be the same, but you could also consolidate your tech stack or build custom workflows in your CRM if you have that

It's my ever-evolving ranking. If you ask me in 6 months they might change, but here is why I have them this way right now:
1.
Zapier has been really focusing on building workflows that work to orchestrate GTM at scale
2.
Make's UI has been troublesome for me. It makes it hard to get large flows connected
3.
N8N has a VERY steep learning curve and Zapier can do the same now than N8N ( I would not have said this 8 months ago)

interesting perspective. For me it's n8n, zapier and make - in this order 😂 choose n8n always - and learning curve worth being the best in terms of customization, power and price zapier now comes close in customization and power, but it’s inherently more expensive

That's fair 🙂 I just don't think the average Go To Market person has time or patience to deal with N8N. Too engineer-ingy

I have been meaning to build something like this, still a couple of months away. I already have a micro saas that does apollo scraping and a separate saas for cold email and a 3rd one for linkedin automation. I will build something that will tie these 3 down along with whatsapp automation.

maksym P. 💯 I only build stuff i have a market of. My current 3 tools have atleast 240+ users each and this orchestrator is something everyone is demanding now.
