True. Personalization at scale and making it timely. What I mean is that somebody showed intent and are moving ahead: personalizing the outreach in real time. We use Tapistro- they create “Journeys” to connect the source (CRM/lists/intent data) and perform simple AI based actions to scoop in account and person level info that can be feeded to create that final personalized email copy. This copy can also be created using their own system. This has given so much freedom and flexibility. Ofcourse the copy can serve as just a feeder to tweak and make it more human like. :)
Hi Anna C., I can completely relate — last-minute reschedules or cancellations can really throw things off. I’ve seen some teams handle this by building in more flexibility (like offering multiple time slots or using scheduling tools with easy reschedule options). Curious — have you tried anything like that, or are you looking for a better way to manage those changes?
Hi Sourabh A. That’s a great point. Personalization at scale is definitely one of the biggest challenges. I like your approach of combining list enrichment with outbound ops—it sounds like a smart way to save time while keeping outreach meaningful. Curious, what strategies have you found most effective to balance automation?
Honestly, the toughest part is keeping outreach personalized at scale. Easy to send, harder to really connect. We’ve been helping teams with list enrichment + outbound ops so they can focus more on the conversations instead of the busywork 🙂
