I did this for a PE company I've worked with for over a year. A couple of their portcos target this ICP. I've built pretty extensive LI campaigns to get their attention - reply rates have been on that very high end (typically 50%+).

Hey Leo, not solopreneurs specifically but it's part of the segment we focus very much on. It seems like we have a good overlap in terms of target segment so I'd love to keep in touch to share ideas. A couple of things I notice with this market are as follows:
Generally time poor and overwhelmed;
Budget: cost conscious, so they always like things that offer good value of $;
They generally hang out in small local communities for support in areas they're not comfortable with (especially tech)
Spend most of their time looking for and retaining clients as well, no time for marketing/tech side of maintenance/design.
