@channel What Would You Automate If You Could? Okay, let’s flip it. We’ve talked about the guesswork. The chaos. The forecast freakouts. Now let’s talk about relief. If Growth AI could automate just one part of your workflow right now… 👉 What would it be? Call it your “set me free” moment. 📊 Updating the forecast 10 times a week? 📅 Cross-functional alignment meetings that go nowhere? 📥 Manual QBR prep that eats your Sunday? Drop it below 👇 and let’s crowdsource what freedom looks likes.
ICP market coverage, territory planning, pricing models.
CRM clean up ! If I can get to know what's breaking, clear my duplicates and have the right fill rates - it will make my Forecasting and any other analysis only better. Otherwise, I am dependent on fixing the errors first before moving ahead.
Melissa McCready nice to meet you - what do u mean with icp coverage and Territory planning specifically? Thanks
Sorry Gina G. and Jared R. it’s been a crazy week! Manual QBR prep that eats my Sunday 😭 100%. Pulling data from five tools, cleaning it up, building slides… it’s hours of work that could be automated. If Growth AI could handle that, I’d actually get my weekend back and show up Monday ready to lead, not recover! That is definitely my biggest (although already mentioned)
I do agree with Koen V. and Rajalakshmi V. cleaning up CRM/Chasing down pipeline updates from the team. I spend way too much time following up on deal status, next steps, and close dates just to get a halfway accurate view of reality. If Growth AI could automatically gather and summarize pipeline changes with context, that would be a game-changer too.
this is great
And if we go full turbo on automation… Pipeline health check – Nightly CRM sweep flags silent deals and bloated stages, pings reps with next-best moves. Monday dashboard means stand-ups focus on real blockers. RevOps reporting – AI pulls from HubSpot, GA, Stripe. Cleans it. Drops a board-ready deck and Slack digest every Friday at 09:00. No more spreadsheet marathons. If that hits the mark, the next two dominoes I’d love to knock over: dynamic pricing tweaks and contract/invoice admin.
