Looking for HubSpot and Sales Automation Expert Recommendations

Hi everyone, Quick intro, I own a commercial roofing company. I recently started using HubSpot as my CRM, and I have already been using PhoneBurner for cold calling and Smartlead for cold emails. I have spent about a month trying different people on Upwork and it has been rough. Either they do not really have the expertise, or the work is sloppy. I also reached out to two firms I found through ChatGPT. One looks promising, but they are closed for the holidays and not taking on new work until January. Do any of you know a legit HubSpot firm or freelancer who truly knows PhoneBurner and Smartlead too? I am trying to integrate all three the right way and build automated follow up sequences inside HubSpot, and I cannot seem to find a real expert. I do not care if it is a firm or a solo freelancer, as long as they are the real deal. I am looking for a long term relationship, basically my go to person I can call or text whenever I get stuck with HubSpot and sales automation. Appreciate any recommendations.
