Hey all - question to my colleagues here: has anyone done a migration from SFDC to HS (CRM, not MAP) in enterprise sales space, with enterprise GTM motions? I'm aware that orgs normally "outgrow" HubSpot, but curious to see if anyone's done a migration of this sort to reduce complexity in general? What are your experiences with it? TIA!

100%, Jakob M. has actually done a couple of those. Including one client that's exploring that path now. My understanding/lived experience for startups is that often growth investors or VCs will want their portfolio companies using "best practices" tech and reporting, so they'll strongly recommend a move to Salesforce. However, it creates a lot of needless complexity in the data and the companies that get tired of trying to manage it may eventually decide to go back to HubSpot to simplify since HubSpot's caught up with SFDC in functionality in almost all cases and even surpassed it in usability.
Are you a SFDC user looking at this path or a consultant advising a company on this path?

Following this thread because we're currently in the process of doing this.
We have done many specifically we just went live with an enterprise customer 1000+ employees 400+ seats that was using SFDC CRM for sales and support. It was a 7 month project. Happy to share more if relevant just DM me
+1 for going this route. In my mind, HubSpot has already surpassed Salesforce and is pulling away. We've helped several enterprise sales companies get set up directly or migrate from Salesforce to HubSpot and they are so much happier. Happy to answer any questions if helpful.

Quoting process is better than SFDC than HubSpot.. you would need to add on a tool like Hapily if you want complex approvals / signing processes.... (I am a HubSpot partner)
