love it! "how AI found our truly ideal customer" (several hypotheses > AI research to AI analyzing the CRM data > subsegment of 6k/28K TAM that is 15X higher likelihood to be a customer)
Jared R. This is right in my wheelhouse. I’m helping mid-sized organizations move from "Shadow AI" (where individuals use tools in secret without guardrails) to a unified "AI North Star" using a 3-phase Governance and Adoption Roadmap. The business problem I’m solving: Most revenue teams are currently flying blind with a massive liability gap regarding data privacy and IP. I help them install the "Human OS" for AI, specifically focusing on:
Alignment & Diagnostic: Running a Workforce "Pulse" Diagnostic to map current employee usage against a custom AI Competency Rubric.
Governance & Enablement: Rolling out an "Acceptable Use Policy" and training managers on how to embed AI policy into daily practice so the technology actually scales safely.
Operational Continuity: Serving as an External AI Chair to vet new tools and manage edge cases as the landscape evolves.
The "measurable improvement" is the transition from individual curiosity to a board-ready strategy that identifies clear milestones for tooling and policy, partnered with the implementation support to bring the people along for the ride.
I'm interested…
Recently we have created two different ai tools to drive top of funnel pipeline within outbound campaigns. Basically prospects get a free tool to measure a part of their business. One business was able to break into about 3 enterprise accounts within one month and another drove significant mid market pipeline. I work with companies as a fractional GTM leader with a few other partners and we have tested this with two companies so far. Needs improvement but great early indicators.
I'm working on a new process now, but it's really pretty AI-light so I'm excited to see what folks have here 🙂
Using AI for liquid syntax has been really useful for personalized messaging at scale!
After 15 yrs in partnerships, I’ve built an Agent to assist technology partner and sales leaders to co-sell with the cloud and channel, eliminating the ‘busy work’, and enabling data driven decisions with AI. Net result .. accelerate your partner revenue, while reducing operational costs and improving your partner experience. https://partnerassistant.ai/
I noticed all messaging tools use different types of liquid syntax and I am not a coder, but I have found some AI tools will allow you to build out liquid syntax so every email looks unique and also track which syntax form performs the best. I imagine marketers have been doing this type of stuff for a long time, sometimes even via code, but I have liked learning about this and using tools that enable me to do this with linkedin messaging, cold email, etc.
Jared R. - we can feature this on our newsletters as well - reaches 300k growth leaders (founders, head of growth, CROs etc), if that'll help...
everyone - also please share the results of this. I want to make sure we are featuring processes and frameworks that are driving real impact
