I use my call transcripts every single day, like Mike C. said, I'm looking for specific items to help me move the deal. I also have a prompt specific to my product and sales processes which scores my call and give me suggestions on what I could have done better. Lastly I like to put all my calls together to get Meddpicc criteria scoring as well, helps me find holes in my deals quickly
Definitely doing it. And this is also bringing a lot of context to our AI agents. We use Claap for this. Pretty good because it’s not a simple recorder and note taker but can help you mine your customer convos (a bit like how you would enrich leads with clay, but retrieving info from your meetings & calls)
I feel if you're not doing this in your company, you are falling behind because your competitors are not only recording calls, but extracting key data which even if it's not relevant for closing a deal now, it can be important for another AE the next quarter/year.
