Hi all, we’re shifting toward a more ABM-focused motion and looking to better leverage HubSpot to support it. I’d love to connect with someone who has: • Configured HubSpot for ABM • Led the implementation + internal rollout • Driven adoption and ongoing optimization I’m especially interested in: • How big of a lift it was (time, team, complexity) • Tactics you used to get stakeholder buy-in • What you’d do differently if you were starting again If you’re open to a quick chat or sharing your experience in-thread, I’d really appreciate it.
Ruth R. Would love to connect if you want to dig deeper: High level:
Configuring HS ABM - very low effort
Configuring workflows that make ABM helpful - medium high
Implementation and rollout - extremely high effort - build a program around it, don't start ABM without someone owning the ABM program. Make sure there is a Sales champion
Adoption and optimization - see above, this is why you need a program manager/head of ABM
Start with aligning what ABM means and your tier strategy and resources - ABM 1:1 works very well, but needs handholding
Mistake to avoid:
ABM is not a tactic, is a way of thinking about penetrating and acquiring customers
Orchestration and personalization is important, but not critical
Build your ICP framework and use it as part of ABM. Don't create an ICP that goes against your ABM tiering
Thanks so much, Damian – this is really helpful. I’d love to connect and go deeper on how you approached implementation and adoption. I’ll DM you to find a time that works.
Hi Ruth R. ABM is exploding, more and more companies are trying to leverage it however it can be a maze both for the tool selection as well as how to go about its execution. We’ve ran a webinar last month on how to solve the Top 3 ABM challenges using Clay where we’ve broken it down with strategic chat and mini demos theoughout. Going from account identification and prioritisation all the way to hyper-personalisation of landing pages at scale. You can request the recording via this link if that’s of interests https://palladiogtm.fillout.com/abmwebinar Happy to answer other questions here or via DM if you have any. Best
Hey Pat H. I’d be happy to do that although I’d love if at least people then connect with me on LinkedIn. The main reason is this was our very first webinar and although the speakers were solid I’m aiming to get feedback on the recoding itself too as well as understanding the type of people who actually are interested in the subject. Any suggestions to achieve both as a community lead?
