Hello all - I'm currently looking to beef up our tech stack to help make sales more efficient. Does anyone have some favorites? We're currently using SF, HubSpot, Zoominfo, etc
I might be biased but love Superjoin - to automatically bring data from all these siloed system to create reports on Google Sheets and Excel 🙂
Hey Steve! What are you looking to optimize / accomplish as an update?
Ben B. you beat me to the question 😆 I was going to suggest building a list of efficiencies you want to gain, Steve, and if you don't have very many, running a more holistic audit on your sales operations. (I've got a 100+ point checklist I use that have helped me find the areas of opportunity consistently - happy to share)
Before changing existing tech, it would be good to understand what problem you are trying to solve for. That will guide the kind of tech you should invest in. At Tapistro.com, we see our customers define efficiency in different ways - eg save seller time, react to signals faster, improve RoI on Ads etc. With AI today, these are not either/or - one can move the needle on multiple metrics simultaneously. Happy to share our learnings and the kinds of efficiencies we are seeing teams achieve.
Beef it up by choosing one CRM—but to the two posts above, you need to understand what you’re trying to solve for.
If you're looking to expand your outbound thru multichannel campaigns, check out SuperSend.io !
Thanks all - appreciate the quick input. We're still flushing out the pain points but from a general sense; trying to Combine data from the different sources to provide insights into what's being said on meetings/emails, intent alerts, opportunity/pipeline hygiene - really any automation/insights that will help make sales more efficient. I'll come back here once I have more detail
I know you are not using salesforce, but are you envisioning a workflow like in this video? https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7315810599811141632/
